Traditional Single Rooms
Location: City Campus
Single rooms are currently available in Selleck Hall and on two floors in Schramm Hall. Each room features an in-room refrigerator/freezer combo, wireless and wired internet, free laundry on site, and independent control overheat and air conditioning. Meal plan options are also available. All halls are open during university breaks.
Selleck Hall is centrally located in the heart of City Campus and features the popular Selleck Food Court. The hall is steps away from the Nebraska Union, the Meier Common green space, and the Gaughan Center.

Schramm Hall is located on the north end of City Campus near Harper Dining, a popular dining hall known for their outstanding barbecue and the 8+ allergen-free dining.

Massengale Residential Center Upper-Division Student Apartments
Location: East Campus
2- and 4-bedroom units available to transfer students
Enjoy easy access to all your East Campus classes while living in spacious apartments in Massengale Residential Center. These apartment-style rooms have private bedrooms, in-unit bathrooms and full-size kitchens. The hall is open over breaks.

Traditional Single Rooms in Massengale Residential Center
Location: East Campus
Massengale Residential Center (MRC) single traditional rooms are located in the newest hall at Nebraska. The hall features pod-style bathrooms that are shared by only nine students. MRC is nestled in the landscape of the Maxwell Arboretum and is steps away from the Nebraska East Union, UNL Dairy Store and the Rec and Wellness Center.
