Contract Processing Fee
A nonrefundable contract processing fee of $100 is required with each contract.
- Paper checks should be mailed to University Housing | PO Box 880622 | Lincoln, NE 68588-0622
- Cash payments should be brought to University Housing | 530 N. 17th Street | Lincoln, NE 68588-0622
- University Housing is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST.
- Paying by paper checks or cash will result in the contract process being delayed until the payment is received.
- Students may submit the payment online by credit/debit (VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) or e-check.
Submitting The Contract Processing Fee
- Log into MyRed.
- Under “Important Links,” click the blue “Housing” button.
- Select "Room & Meals Contract" in the red navigation bar across the top of the page.
- Click "Apply" or “Continue” next to the contract.
- Complete each page until you reach the "Contract Processing Fee" page.
- Select "Pay Now" and follow the payment prompts.
