Contract Processing Fee

A nonrefundable contract processing fee of $100 is required with each contract. (This fee is different from the Admissions enrollment deposit.)

Cash payments should be brought to University Housing | 530 N. 17th Street | Lincoln, NE 68588-0622
University Housing is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST.
Paying by paper checks or cash will result in the contract process being delayed until the payment is received.
Students may submit the payment online by credit/debit (VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) or e-check.

Submitting The Contract Processing Fee

Access the housing portal here or copy and paste: https://go.unl.edu/housing-portal into your web browser.
Select "Contracts" on the red navigation bar.
Select the "2023-24" Academic Year" contract in the drop-down menu, then click “Apply.”
Compete each page until you reach the “Shopping Cart Checkout” page.
Click “Pay Now.”
