Annis receives highest honor from national food service association

During their annual conference in Baltimore, MD, the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) awarded Dave Annis, director of dining services at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, their most prestigious honor - the Theodore W. Minah Distinguished Service Award - for exemplary and enduring contributions to the foodservice industry and the association.
