Learning Goal Statement

Students will develop skills to cultivate and maintain mutually fulfilling, respectful relationships.

Learning Narrative

Institutional belonging is highly correlated with building students’ sense of self-efficacy. Students must feel a sense of community and belonging in order to take full advantage of the services, opportunities, and supports available on campus. One way to build this community is by actively supporting relationship building. Understanding aspects of healthy relationships can provide students a strong foundation for future relationships both at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and after graduation.
