Our Residence Directors are motivated and knowledgeable professionals whose purpose is to help our students to be successful. Staff members have the opportunity to learn a great deal from the unique and varied experiences that each brings to the position.
You will get the opportunity to work with great students in a variety of roles including supervising live-in student staff, advising student groups, adjudicating student conduct, participating on department committees, hiring, training and evaluating live-in student staff and in a few instances our Residence Directors also work with Learning Communities.
