If you cannot arrive prior to 6 p.m. Monday, August 24 (first day of classes), please contact the Residence Director of your hall to avoid having your residence hall contract cancelled as a "no-show" (see cancellation policy).
The following are examples of how our numbering system works:
Odd Numbered Floors:
Room 305 = 3rd floor of the building (odd number).
Even Numbered Floors:
Room 1002= 10th floor of the building (even number).
You are strongly encouraged to bring no more than 2 vehicles per family on move-in day. Parking lots will be quite full and, unless you are coming from a long distance, you may find it easier to make multiple trips over the course of the weekend. This also allows the students to see how much space is available in the room once everyone has moved in.
