Family Housing Units
RENTAL RATES EFFECTIVE: July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009
LEASE: All students who are accepted in Student Family Housing will be required to sign a lease. The lease is automatically terminated if the student leaves school or ceases to be a full-time student, or has a change in marital or family status.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit equal to the rate of the apartment rent must be paid at the time the lease is signed.
PETS: With the exception of fish, no pets are allowed in University Apartments.
