However, if circumstances necessitate your having to move in before official opening, you must submit a request for early check-in form to the Assistant Director for Housing for Contracts and Student Services two weeks prior to your requested move-in. Permission may be granted according to the hall, room assignment and move-in date.

How will I get into my unit?
You will be issued a keycard at move-in that allows you entrance into your unit and into your bedroom. Your key will not be able to open any of your roommate's doors, nor will their keycards be able to open yours. If you swipe your keycard two times in your bedroom door lock, it will remain unlocked until you swipe the keycard again. What if I want to cancel early?
