Cather/Pound/Neihardt's special meals and individual menu items prepared with food from local Nebraska farmers and producers is the hallmark of the GFL (Good, Fresh, Local) The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Sustainable Food Project. The GFL project features these menu items at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition to GFL, CPN features a made-to-order sandwich line at lunch and dinner along with specialty bars and other traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items.

Harper Dining Center heralds a market place design where students enjoy menu items from a variety of stations that include pizza and pasta, traditional, ethnic cuisine, deli bar, grill and salad/soup bar. After making their meal selections, students can relax with friends-chatting in booths or seated on high stools watching the news or sports shows on one of the many suspended TVs. The dining center is also installed with wireless internet.

The trendy Corner Deli offers students a convenient Monday-Friday lunch-to-go 'Meal Deal' from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. If students are hungry for more than a sandwich at lunch, the East Campus Union Cafe offers a variety of menu items located at different serving stations. East Campus Union Cafe joins CPN Dining Service in serving the wildly popular GFL (Good, Fresh, Local) monthly special meals. In addition to the monthly GFL meals, there are individual GFL menu items served on a daily basis.

Selleck's market-place atmosphere welcomes students with its open design and varied dining experiences. These include stone-baked pizza, pasta and more, made-to-order deli and soup bar, ethnic cuisine, omelet bar, traditional fare, American grill, fabulous salad bar, and a breakfast station.

Join your friends for a wide assortment of smoothies and a full menu of other great options to eat and drink for a late night snack. The Lounge has special event nights and a chance to play pool and other games. So visit The Lounge to play, study, or just hang out with friends.
