Receptions, Box Lunches and Breaks
Breakfasts
- Entrees All breakfast entrees are served to your table with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and water.
- Buffets Breakfast buffets are served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, and water.
- Self-Serve Self-serve breakfasts are presented with disposable plates, napkins, and silverware. Beverage service is also self-served.
Luncheons
- Sandwich Entrees Served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, hot tea, and water. Add soup du jour for an additional charge.
- Salad Entrees Served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, hot tea, and water.
- Hot Entrees Served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, hot tea, and water. Includes a house salad. Substitute a Caesar salad or soup du jour for an additional charge.
- Buffets Luncheon Buffets are only available to groups over 25 people. Served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, hot tea, and water.
Dinners
- Hot Entrees Served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, hot tea, and water. Includes a house salad. Substitute a Caesar salad or soup du jour for an additional charge.
- Vegetarian Entrees Served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, hot tea, and water.
- Buffets Dinner Buffets are only available to groups over 50 people. Served with a basket of dinner rolls, whipped butter, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, hot tea, and water.

Services
Free Menu Consultation - Our menu offers a wide range of selections for any occasion. We can also customize a menu to fit your special event. Our Chef and Catering Manager can assist you in planning your event.Special Decorations - We have a variety of linens, centerpieces, and decorations for your event. Everything from punch fountains, to mirrored tiles, and Ficus trees with white lights. Let us know your needs. If we do not have what you are looking for, we can help you find it. Ask our Catering Manager for more details.
Equipment Rental - We offer equipment rental to groups using the Nebraska Unions. Please contact our Catering Manager for more details.
Alcohol Service - Please contact our Catering Manager for policies and guidelines on alcohol use on the University of Nebraska - Lincoln premises.
