Luncheon Hot Entrees


Served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, hot tea, and water. Includes a house salad. Substitute a Caesar salad or soup du jour for an additional charge.

Beef Stroganoff with Noodles - Tender chunks of choice beef in a savory mushroom sauce served atop of a bed of egg noodles. Teamed with glazed baby carrots and a dinner roll.

Baked Lasagna - Your choice of our traditional beef lasagna, chicken lasagna, or vegetarian lasagna. Served with steamed broccoli florets and an Italian bread stick.

Chicken Marinara - Chicken breast lightly breaded topped with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Served over fettuccini noodles, fresh vegetables, and an Italian bread stick.

Chicken Santa Fe - Marinated grilled chicken breast smothered with sauteed onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and tomatoes, topped with melted Swiss cheese. Served with fiesta rice, Oregon mixed vegetables, and a dinner roll.

Country Fried Chicken - A home-style favorite! Our tender fried chicken breast. Served with whipped potatoes and country gravy, California vegetable mix, and a dinner roll.

Roast Pork Loin with Dressing - Succulent slices of pork topped with a cranberry relish. Served with a cranberry bread dressing, broccoli florets, baby carrots, and a dinner roll.

Chicken Marco Polo - A marinated grilled chicken breast topped with Canadian bacon, Swiss cheese, mushrooms, and mornay sauce. Served with wild rice, fresh broccoli, and a dinner roll.

Tropical Mango Salsa Chicken Breast - A grilled chicken breast topped with fresh tropical mango salsa. Served with wild nutted rice, baby carrots, and a dinner roll.

Hot Beef Meal - Piles of hot roast beef and whipped potatoes topped with beef gravy. Served with California vegetable medley and a dinner roll.

Pot Roast Stew - Slow cooked traditional beef stew, filled with chunky vegetables and beef in a savory sauce. Served with a corn bread muffin.

Beef Tenderloin - Sliced beef tenderloin with roasted Yukon gold potatoes, fresh vegetables, and a dinner roll. With your choice of Cabernet, Port, peppercorn, or sage cream sauce.

Nebraska Raised Trout Amandine - Fresh Nebraska farm- raised trout, pan fried and topped with toasted almonds and butter. Served with wild rice, fresh vegetables, and a dinner roll.

Aztec Chicken - Marinated grilled chicken breast, placed on a spicy black bean sauce and topped with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. Served with garden rice, Mexicali corn, and a dinner roll.

Sliced Brisket - Slices of brisket served with BBQ sauces, flame roasted apples, scalloped potatoes, and a dinner roll.
