Luncheon Buffets
Luncheon Buffets are only available to groups over 25 people. Served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, hot tea, and water.
Western Roundup Buffet - Your choice of BBQ beef or pork on a kaiser roll served with sweet corn, flame roasted apples, potato salad, and coleslaw with warm cherry crisp for dessert. Add grilled chicken breast for an additional charge.
Grill-Out Picnic Buffet - Enjoy a traditional grill-out without all the work. Grilled hamburgers, potato chips and French onion dip, potato salad, BBQ baked beans, coleslaw, relish, and assorted cookies for dessert. Add grilled hotdogs for an additional charge.
All American Buffet - Country fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green peas, mixed green salad, potato salad, dinner rolls, and apple crisp for dessert.
Hot and Hearty Buffet - Beef tips with noodles, gourmet chicken casserole, green beans, California vegetable mix, a mixed green salad, and dinner rolls. Served with caramel bread pudding for dessert.
Pizza Party Buffet - One topping pizzas including pepperoni, cheese, ground beef, Italian sausage, ham and vegetarian. Accompanied with spaghetti and meatballs, Italian bread sticks, a mixed green salad, and brownies for dessert.
Deli Buffet - This build-your-own sandwich buffet comes with smoked turkey, honey-glazed ham, and tender roast beef along with assorted breads and all the condiments. Served with potato salad, pasta salad, and assorted cookies for dessert. Add a cup of soup for an additional charge.
New York Deli Buffet - This deli buffet comes with smoked turkey, ham, salami, pepperoni, hot pastrami, smoked Gouda, Wisconsin cheddar, and provolone cheese with assorted breads and all the condiments. Served with creamy cole slaw, fruit salad, and chocolate fudge brownie for dessert. Add a cup of soup for an additional charge.
Deli Salad Buffet - Build-your-own sandwiches with fresh assorted salads; chicken, tuna, egg, and ham with assorted breads with all the condiments. Served with fruit tray, a relish tray with dill dip, macaroni salad, potato chips with French onion dip, and cookies for dessert.
The Ultimate Salad Bar - Baby spinach leaves, cut romaine salad, and Spring greens with miles and miles of toppings. Served with cottage cheese, dinner rolls, muffins, and assorted tea bar cookies.
University Grand Buffet - Mixed field of greens with assorted dressing, Greek salad, fruit salad, orange and jicama salad, grilled chicken breast, cheese and broccoli soup, dinner rolls, and fudge brownies.
Nacho Bar - Make your own nachos! Tortilla chips, seasoned taco meat, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, green onions, jalapenos, sour cream, hot cheese sauce, and assorted salsas. Served with Mexican rice, refried beans, and pineapple upside-down cake. Add chicken fajita meat and soft shell tortillas for an additional charge.
