Portabella Mushroom - A vegetable stuffed portabella mushroom marinated in a vinaigrette dressing and served with wild rice, roasted vegetable medley, and a dinner roll.

Pasta Primavera - A perfect blend of roasted vegetables combined with alfredo sauce. Served with an Italian bread stick.
