Dinner Hot Entrees


Served with coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, hot tea, and water. Includes a house salad. Substitute a Caesar salad or soup du jour for an additional charge.

Prime Rib of Beef - A generous portion of Nebraska's choice ribeye. Served with au jus, baked potato with sour cream, green beans, and a dinner roll.

Medallions of Beef Tenderloin - Served with our peppercorn, Cabernet, Port, or sage cream sauce with roasted red potatoes, fresh vegetable medley, and a dinner roll.

New York Strip Steak - Grilled strip loin served with rosemary roasted potatoes, buttered baby carrots, and a dinner roll.

Surf and Turf - A great combination plate. Medallions of beef tenderloin and grilled tuna, duchess potato, a fresh squash medley, and a dinner roll.

Chicken Marsala - Sauteed chicken breast with a mushroom Marsala sauce. Served with a nutted wild rice, roasted vegetable medley, and a dinner roll.

Teriyaki Chicken Breast - Our grilled chicken breast marinated in a special teriyaki sauce and served atop a bed of fluffy white rice. Served with fresh vegetables, a grilled pineapple ring, and a dinner roll.

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo - A creamy alfredo sauce with tender chunks of chicken and broccoli over penne pasta. Served with an Italian bread stick.

Dijon Chicken - Grilled chicken breast with a honey mustard glaze. Served with parsley butter red potatoes, green bean and carrot medley, and a dinner roll.

Chicken Cordon Bleu - Chicken breast stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese, breaded and baked. Served with wild rice, fresh vegetables, and a dinner roll.

Pork Loin - Succulent loins of pork with your choice of rosemary cream sauce or cranberry relish with house-made stuffing and fresh vegetable medley. Served with a dinner roll.

Pork Chops - Pork chop drizzled with a warm cinnamon apple sauce served with apple raisin dressing, fresh vegetable medley, and a dinner roll.

Chicken Breast Florentine - Sauteed chicken breast with a spinach cream sauce, served with a barley pilaf, fresh vegetable medley, and a dinner roll.

Pecan Crusted Chicken Breast - Chicken breast with a pecan coating served with sweet potato mash, zucchini, carrots, and a dinner roll.

Shrimp Scampi - Sauteed garlic shrimp over fettuccini with fresh vegetables. Served with an Italian bread stick.

Pork Normandy - Pork loin medallions served with an apple Calvados sauce, Yukon gold potatoes, a roasted vegetable medley, and a dinner roll.

Beef Tips in a Pastry Box - Tender chunks of choice beef poured over a pastry box. Served with white rice, Oregon vegetable blend, and a dinner roll.

Fresh Market Fish - Served with a lemon hollandaise sauce, parsley buttered red potatoes, glazed baby carrots, and a dinner roll.

Grilled Salmon Filet with Dill Sauce - Accompanied with Parmesan potatoes, peas, pearl onions, and a dinner roll.
