Dinner Buffets
Dinner Buffets are only available to groups over 50 people. Served with a basket of dinner rolls, whipped butter, coffee, decaffeinated coffee, iced tea, hot tea, and water.
Italian Buffet - Your choice of two of the following pastas: fettuccini, spaghetti, rotini, or mostaccioli. Served with marinara and alfredo sauce, lasagna or pasta primavera, pasta salad Florentine, Caesar salad, and Italian bread sticks.
Aloha Buffet - Teriyaki chicken breasts with grilled pineapple rings, Caribbean pork loin, fresh fruit tray, garden salad, ambrosia salad, confetti rice, baby carrots, Spring mix salad, and pineapple casino cake.
Fall Feast - Roasted turkey, bread dressing, mashed potatoes with gravy, green bean amandine, roasted sweet corn, Waldorf salad, pasta salad, and mixed green salad. Served with pumpkin pie and whipped cream.
Winter Wonderland - Yankee pot roast, chicken pot pie casserole, roasted potatoes, peas and carrots, Waldorf salad, and pear jello mold. Served with pecan pie.
Spring Meal - Carved honey-glazed ham, au gratin potatoes, dill baby red potatoes, California vegetable mix, green bean amandine, fresh fruit salad, pasta salad, and a mixed green salad.
Classic Buffet #1 - Includes your choice of 2 casseroles, 3 hot selections, and 3 cold selections.
Classic Buffet #2 - Includes your choice of 1 carved meat: beef turkey breast, ham, or pork loin. Plus 1 casserole, 4 hot selections and 4 cold selections.
Classic Buffet #3 - Includes your choice of 2 carved meats: beef, turkey breast, ham, or pork loin. Plus 4 hot selections and 4 cold selections.
