Abel/Sandoz Dining Center invites you into an exciting market-style dining adventure. Choose meal items from a variety of different areas that include Home Cooking, Pizza and Pasta, American Grill, Ethnic, Salad Bar, Waffles and Desserts, and Milk and Beverages. The dining room filled with booths, tall and regular tables provides a panoramic view of the Antelope Creek Project seen through windows reaching from the floor to ceiling. Abel/Sandoz Dining Center is an unique dining center for students, staff, faculty and guests.

Husker Hoagies (Monday - Friday)
10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Need to eat lunch on the run? Try Husker Hoagies located on the first floor of Abel/Sandoz residence hall complex. There you can select a fun meal that includes a variety of sandwiches, chips, fresh fruit and vegetables, dessert, soup (in season) and beverage. If you are not in a hurry you can enjoy your meal in the new Husker Hoagies dining area.

CPN Dining Services

Cather/Pound/Neihardt's special meals and individual menu items prepared with food from local Nebraska farmers and producers is the hallmark of the GFL (Good. Fresh. Local) The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Sustainable Food Project. The GFL project features these menu items at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition to GFL, CPN features a made-to-order sandwich line at lunch and dinner along with specialty bars and other traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner menu items.


Husker Heroes (Monday - Sunday)
10:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Husker Heroes is the "made-to-order" sandwich lunch option located in the basement of historic Neihardt Residence Hall. A variety of cold and hot sandwiches are offered along with a selection of fresh fruit, chips, soups, sodas, and dessert. Lunches can be enjoyed in the sandwich shop area or ordered to go.

Harper Dining Center

Sunday dinners are served at Harper and Selleck Dining and the Nebraska East Union (Corner Deli or Cafe).

Harper Dining Center heralds a market place design where students enjoy menu items from a variety of stations that include pizza and pasta, traditional, ethnic cuisine, deli bar, grill and salad/soup bar. After making their meal selections, students can relax with friends-chatting in booths or seated at high-top tables watching the news or sports shows on one of the many suspended TVs. 

East Campus Union Cafe & Grill

The trendy Corner Deli offers students a convenient Monday-Friday lunch-to-go 'Meal Deal' from 1:00 - 2:30 p.m. If students are hungry for more than a sandwich at lunch, the East Campus Union Cafe offers a variety of menu items located at different serving stations. East Campus Union Cafe joins CPN Dining Service in serving the wildly popular GFL (Good. Fresh. Local) monthly special meals. Selleck's market-place atmosphere welcomes students with its open design and varied dining experiences. These include stone-baked pizza, pasta and more, made-to-order deli and soup bar, ethnic cuisine, omelet bar, traditional fare, American grill, fabulous salad bar, and a breakfast station.

Knoll Breakfast Grab 'n Go

The Knoll Continental Breakfast Grab 'n Go offers students living in Knoll, University Suites and Eastside Suites a grab 'n go breakfast option. Breakfast items will include cold cereals, bagels, muffins, sweet breads, fruit, yogurt, milk, juice and other breakfast items. In addition, students living at Knoll Residence Hall, University Suites and Eastside Suites will be able to use their meal plans at any of the residence hall Dining Services. Available 6:45-10:30 a.m. Monday-Friday.

The Abel C-Store, located on the first floor of the Abel Dining Center, is a convenience store that offers a wide variety of snacks, school supplies, health and beauty items and much more. Hot freshly baked pizza is a late night favorite.

Selleck Express C-Store
Located on the lower level of Selleck Residence Hall, Selleck Express C-Store offers all of the typical convenience store items and also provides a variety of international foods.

The Knoll C-Store, located on the ground floor of Knoll Residence Hall is a convenience store that offers a variety of grocery, snacks, school supplies and health and beauty items. A little bit of something for everyone will be found at The Knoll.

University Dining Services makes every effort to label the menu items being served and identify the ingredients. At times, however, the ingredients of menu items will not be posted, and the possibility also exists that the ingredients and/or nutritional content may vary from what is posted. Manufacturers may change the formulation of the food without our knowledge and accurate nutritional information for certain product(s) may not be available. Any customers concerned about food ingredients should be aware of these risks and proactive about their food choices.

It is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to decide whether to eat certain foods. The University will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed or to items one may come into contact with while eating at a University establishment.
