Notes:

  1. Fedde double rooms are provided only when two students mutually request to share a room.
  2. To be eligible for interim housing (May 9-16), you must contract for Summer Pre-session, the Eight-Week Summer Session or for All Summer. There is no meal service during Summer Interim and the charge is for the room only.
  3. The Second Five-Week Session ends on August 13. All summer residents, with the exception of those assigned to the same room for the academic year, are required to vacate their rooms no later than 2 p.m. on that date. Residents who have been assigned to a different hall or room for the 2009/2010 academic year may move to the fall assigned room on August 13. Students who choose to move to (or to store their belongings in) their fall assigned room on August 13 will be charged for the week of August 13-19.
  4. There are two summer in-between session nights: June 6 (between the Pre and First Five-Week Sessions) and July 11 (between the First and Second Five-Week Sessions). Residents extending into either the First or Second 5-Week Session will be charged for the in-between night(s).
  5. The halls open officially for the 2009/2010 academic year on August 20, 2009. The first meal served as part of the academic year contract is breakfast on Monday, August 24.
  6. The last meal served as part of the Summer sessions will be lunch on August 13, 2009. Students with 2009/2010 contracts who choose to remain on campus during August Interim (August 13-19) may purchase an interim meal contract (or may pay cash) for the meals served during the August interim.
  7. No rate adjustment will be made for those who have contracted for space as of a certain date and check into the residence hall at a later date.
