Contracts
Thank you for your interest in housing at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. The majority of our students will be submitting a contract for one of the two UNL Housing contracts available for the academic year:
- Traditional residence halls for all students. Traditional Halls include Abel, Burr, Cather, Fedde, Harper, Husker Hall, Love Memorial Co-op, Neihardt, Pound, Sandoz, Schramm, Smith and Selleck. Knoll Residential Center and University Suites are traditional halls, but are suite-style. Traditional halls come with a 5- or 7-day unlimited access meal plan, with the exception of Husker (common area kitchen) and Love (students share cooking responsbilities on a rotating basis and are billed a food allowance.)
- Apartment-style facilities for upper-class students. These include The Courtyards and The Village. Two meals per week (Mon-Fri) are included with the contract; however, residents have the option of purchasing an additional meal plan.
