*Minimum cancellation fee of $500. If room and board charges for the remainder of the academic year (based on the daily rate) are less than the minimum cancellation fee of $500, then this amount will be charged to your account in full and no cancellation fee will be assessed. Minimum cancellation fee for Love Memorial, Husker Hall and Board Only Contracts will be $400. If contract cancellation occurs during the last week of classes of the semester, there will be no credit issued for the remaining days left in that semester.
