Guest Accommodations
Our exceptionally clean, air-conditioned residence halls accommodate 5,500 guests. Traditional, suite, apartment-style, and handicapped-accessible rooms are available. We offer single, double, and triple occupancy guest rooms.All guest rooms feature the following amenities:
- Standard linen package (sheets, pillow, pillowcase, and protective linen)
- Free local and campus phone service, with long distance available with credit or phone card
- Basic furniture (twin beds, dressers, closets, desks, chairs, bookcases)
- Social and study lounges
- Laundry facilities
- Vending machines
- 24-hour service and information desk in each residence hall complex
- Conference, custodial, and maintenance staff available at all times
- Available May through August
University Guidelines
Security
Exterior residence hall security doors are locked between the hours of midnight and 6:30 AM. Conference staff and community service officers provide evening building security. Guests returning to the building between these hours will be asked to show their guest key to gain access to the residence hall. Guests are also expected to escort their visitors at all times within the residence halls.
Guests are encouraged to lock their room doors to protect their privacy and possessions. If a guest misplace their room key, they should contact the residence hall desk for a replacement key and/or room door recore. A replacement fee will be charged to the group bill for lost keys and door recores.
Smoking
All public buildings at the University of Nebraska Lincoln are smoke-free including all residence hall public areas and guest rooms.
