Dining and Catering

University Dining Services is highly experienced in providing all food service and catering needs. We offer an extensive selection of culinary choices, ranging from refreshment breaks and outdoor barbecues to themed banquets and elegant receptions. Our catering managers are experienced in planning customized events for your group in either on or off campus venues.

Our residence hall dining managers, menu planners, and chefs are happy to help you design specific menus and to assist guests with special dietary needs. Dining halls are located in each of the residence hall complexes. Our dining centers are air-conditioned, well furnished, offer extended dining hours (6:30 AM to 9:00 PM), and are within easy walking distance of both campus facilities and downtown attractions.

Recent renovations in two of the dining centers include market-style dining and display cooking, expanded seating, and contemporary design. Guests enjoy a wide variety of options like custom-made pizza, fresh deli subs and soup, world cuisine, made-to-order grilled sandwiches, traditional fare, and an extensive salad bar.
