Request of Services Process
An annual timeline is in place for requesting services. Rates are set in the fall and updated materials are distributed to everyone that held an event with us the previous summer. The new materials are typically distributed in early October and the Request for Services (RFS) form is due around the end of the month.
First priority will be given to those returning the RFS by the priority deadline and selecting the same days as the previous summer. Groups returning the completed RFS by the priority deadline, but selecting different days; or groups who did not use our services the previous year will be given second priority. Final consideration will be given to groups who do not submit the RFS by the priority deadline.
All requests submitted by the deadline will be answered by the middle of November. If we are able to confirm your request initial reservations will be made. If we are not able to accommodate your request we will work with you to find alternate dates or services that may work for you.
In the spring you will be contacted by a member of the Conference Services staff to schedule a Contract Preparation meeting. At this meeting we will review the services you have requested and begin preparation for the contract. Failure to schedule a Contract Preparation meeting could result in the cancellation of services. The final contract will be sent at the beginning of May.
